Qualification requirements
The following players have the right to participate in Rest of World Championship Open Round:
(a) a player new to ICCF or without an ICCF rating.
(b) a player rated below 2100 at the time of application.

Please note that this tournament is open to players from NON-EUROPEAN countries only; if you are from a European country, please see the equivalent European Super Regional tournament. If do not meet this requirement and continue with this entry, your entry will be transferred to the equivalent European tournament
Reserved to players from Rest of the World.
Players with an RD of 150 or less have to be rated 2099 or below.
Players with an RD of more than 150 have to be rated 2099 or below.
