Qualification requirements
5th Marian Vinchev Memorial for players Elo 2500-2750 is open to all players from the federations belonging to the Iccf and players from countries that do not have their own federation,who have Elo 2500-2750

The event will be rated and if the criteria are met, Iccf title norms will be possible to achieve

Entries
All entries have to go through the sever – they cannot be sent via email !
Players may enter via the ICCF Direct Entry system or they can be entered on the server as NF Entries!

DE fee is 8.50 Euro
start fee for NF Entries will be calculated by NF

Start day for registration is 10th june 2024
Closing date for Direct Entry is 17th july 2024
Closing date for NF entries is 15th july 2024

Players with an RD of 150 or less have to be rated 2500 or above.
Players with an RD of 150 or less have to be rated 2750 or below.
Players with an RD of more than 150 have to be rated 2500 or above.
Players with an RD of more than 150 have to be rated 2750 or below.
