Qualification requirements
The following players have the right to participate in a Master class tournament:
(a) a player rated 2100 (with a rating deviation of 150 or lower) or above at the time of application.
(b) a player who has won an ICCF Higher class tournament is entitled to one start in the ICCF Master class, regardless of rating.
(c) a player with a rating deviation of over 150 who is nominated by their national federation and accompanied by a statement of qualification.
Players have to be rated 2100 or above.
Players must have an RD of 150 or less.
Winner of an ICCF Master Class Tournament will qualify to one entry in the Preliminaries of the ICCF World Correspondence Chess Championship. Finishing in second place twice will count as a full qualification as well.
