Qualification requirements
Rating from 2380 to 2419 on the current ICCF rating list.
FIDE ratings will be converted to ICCF ratings for new players.
Restriction: Each player may only start one webserver norm tournament in each 3-month cycle.
Players have to be rated 2380 or above.
