Qualification requirements
Rating from 2250 to 2299 on the current ICCF rating list, with Rating Deviation less than or equal to 150.

FIDE ratings will be converted to ICCF ratings for new players.

Restriction: Each player may only start one webserver norm tournament in each 3-month cycle.
Players have to be rated 2250 or above.
Players have to be rated 2299 or below.
Players must have an RD of 150 or less.
