Qualification requirements
Rating from 2200 to 2249 on the current ICCF rating list, with Rating Deviation less than or equal to 150.
FIDE ratings will be converted to ICCF ratings for new players.
Restriction: Each player may only start one webserver norm tournament in each 3-month cycle.
Players have to be rated 2200 or above.
Players have to be rated 2249 or below.
Players must have an RD of 150 or less.
