El ganador del grupo obtendrá el derecho de inscribirse a un grupo AEAC de categoría Maestro, cualquiera que sea su Elo en ese momento. Los derechos adquiridos caducan tres años después de finalizado el torneo. Si todas las partidas del torneo acaban en tablas, no generará derechos deportivos.
El Campeón de este grupo recibirá un diploma de la AEAC.
En la adjudicación de los derechos deportivos y del diploma se aplicarán en este orden los siste-mas de desempate Baumbach, Sonnenborn-Berger y resultado particular. Si después de aplicarlos persiste el empate, se adjudicarán al jugador que tenía menos Elo al iniciarse el torneo.

If a player exceeds allowed thinking time in any way, the player will automatically be scored with a loss. Under some circumstances all of the player’s games will subsequently be cancelled (if not already rated).
45 days of leave per year are available to each player.
There is no special leave in this event.

This tournament allows claims based on the seven piece tablebase.
Draw offers are restricted to one offer per player every 10 moves (called the ten moves draw rule).
Ties are broken by the Baumbach tie breaking rule (see ICCF rule 1.3.4.2).
If needed, adjudicators will be selected by the server.
