Lyuben Fotev (1934 -2011) - a prominent figure in the correspondent chess in Bulgaria. He was one of the founders of the Union correspondent players in Bulgaria (today BCCF). As a player is a champion of Bulgaria - individual and team, reiterated competitor of the Bulgarian national team. This tournament is organized by BCCF with active partnership of IM Vinchev, Simeon and CCC "Temp"-Sliven, Bulgaria.
