Qualification:
Only the group winner (ties to be decided by points evaluation) will be promoted to the World Cup 21 final. No player will qualify for more than one place in the final.
Prizes:
Prize 2000€ for the first 4 players (1000€; 600€, 300€; 100€) – in the final, no tie break.
Prizes, being shared among those scoring equal points, will be awarded to winner and runner-up of the semi-final section (each to the value of approximately 120€ for section winner and 60€ for runner-up, in the form of books or other chess material).
After the end date (2019-04-01) all unfinished games are called for adjudication.

This is a server event.

The end date was 4/1/2019.
ICCF standard time control of 30 days, followed by 1 moves in 3 days with doubling after 20 days is used.
If a player exceeds allowed thinking time in any way, the player will automatically be scored with a loss. Under some circumstances all of the player’s games will subsequently be cancelled (if not already rated).
45 days of leave per year are available to each player.
There is no special leave in this event.
Linear conditionals can be entered.
This tournament allows claims based on the six piece tablebase.
Draw offers are essentially restricted to one offer per player per game (called the Code of Conduct draw rule). See 2017 Playing Rules-Server 2d and/or TD Manual-Server 11.3.3 for details.
Ties are broken by the Baumbach tie breaking rule (see ICCF rule 1.3.4.2).
If needed, adjudicators will be selected by the server.
