I have forgotten my password, how do I get it back?

Click Forgot password in the Log in box (You can find the Log in box at the lower left of the screen. On a small screen, select Login from the drop down list at the top). A link (valid for 1 hour) will be sent to your email from which your password can be reset. If your email address has changed, you will first need to contact the National Delegate of your Country or the Zonal Director of your zone to confirm your new email address.
