Why do I not receive email from the server?

Check if email notifications are turned off in your personal settings. Click PERSONAL SETTINGS in your Log in box. (See Personal Settings – Preferences for details).

Sometimes it happens that the emails are going to your spam folder. Check your spam folder and mark as Not Spam so that future emails do not go to spam.
