When screen space permits (e.g. maximized browser window on a PC), the Menu items are displayed in a vertical column on the left:

Otherwise you will see a drop down list of the menu items at the top of the screen:

If you are not logged in you will see only a few menu items. Players are mainly concerned with My games. This becomes visible after completing the login process (or if you are already logged in). In the detailed menu, items are shown grouped together. My games is to be found along with My events under Playing. On a smaller screen My games can be selected from the dropdown list.

Navigation for other menu items is similar. The server always displays the current point in the navigation tree. For example if you click ICCF Rules, then the server displays: Home > ICCF Rules at the top of the page. You can click in the displayed navigation tree. For example, if you are currently in Home > ICCF ratings > Player details > Upload player photo, then you may navigate back to ICCF ratings by clicking that.
