- Average rating of the Sections: 2504.73 and 2504.80

- Players from 16 different countries

- 3 or 4 players from Germany, 2 or 3 players from Russia, 1 or 2 players from the USA and no more than 1 player from any other country in each Section

- 15 GM; 11 SIM; 4 IM

- 8 GM + 5 SIM or 7 GM + 6 SIM (and 2 IM) in each Section

- The winner and the runner-up of each Section (i.e. 4 players) qualify to a WCCC Final
