- Category VIII

- Average rating of all Sections: 2438

- Players from 37 different countries

- 2 players from Germany and no more than 1 player from any other
   country in each Section

- 12 GM; 34 SIM; 54 IM; 15 CCM; 1 LGM

- 1 or 2 GM and 3 or 4 SIM in each Section

- The winner and the runner-up of each Section (i.e. 18 players) qualify
   to a WCCC Candidates’ Tournament
