ICCF Virtual Congress 2021
When will the 2021 Virtual Congress Take Place?
The 2021 meeting of the ICCF Congress will take place virtually online on 21st August 2021 at 12:00 UTC (13:00 Server/UK time, 14:00 Central European Time).
How Can I Join the Meeting?
You are advised to attach a web camera and microphone to your computer; if you do not have a web camera then other participants will not be able to see you, and if you do not have a microphone then you will not be able to participate in the discussions.

If you are new to Zoom, you will be prompted to install the Zoom software.
Please enter your full name when you sign in to Zoom, as you will not be admitted if we do not know who you are.
When you are admitted to the meeting, you will be asked to confirm that you wish to join the meeting.
The meeting room will open approximately 45 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow participants to resolve any technical issues.
When you enter the room, your microphone will be muted, please ensure that you keep microphone muted unless you have been invited to speak by the chair. If you wish to speak, please raise your hand (either physically, or using the Zoom “Raise Hand” feature).
What is the Pass Code?
The pass code will be distributed to participants by email shortly before the meeting.
Who can Participate?
Participation at Congress will be limited to national delegates and members of the ICCF Executive Board and Management Committee. The meeting will be streamed live on YouTube to allow non-participants to see proceedings in real time.
How Will Voting Take Place
No voting will take place during the virtual meeting. Online voting on all proposals will remain open for national delegates from 15th-28th August 2021.
Can I add an Item to the Agenda?
The agenda will be limited to discussion on proposals, which are listed here:

If you wish to add an item to this agenda, you should ask your member federation delegate to submit a proposal.
What About Medals and Certificates?
Medals and certificates will not be awarded at the virtual meeting, these will be distributed by mail.
I am not a Delegate or an EB/MC Member, how do I Watch Congress?
Congress will be streamed live over YouTube; the stream can be viewed here:

The meeting will also be recorded and a link to the video will be posted on iccf.com shortly after Congress.
Joining the meeting implies agreeing to recording and live streaming.
