International Open Tournament for players  of the ICCF
Three rounds. (2 years per round)

Preliminary rounds:

Sections of 7 to 11 players
Title Norms not available.
Start Date: October 15, 2021
Registration deadline: 1.10.2021

Semifinals:

Sections with 9 to 13 players
Title Norms may be available
Start Date: November2023

Final:

13 players
Title Norms may be available
Start Date: December 2025

The winner of each stage is directly qualified for the next stage
Tie-break: number of points, number of wins, scoring according to the Sonneborn-Berger system);
depending on the number of entries, some runners-up also qualify to fill any vacancies.

Time control: 10 moves in 50 days with doubling after 20 days, 45 days of leave per year.

Draw offers are limited to one offer per player every 10 moves (so-called ten-move rule).
Multiple offers are allowed in the preliminary round.

Only 2 achieved qualifications in the preliminary round can be used for the 2nd stage.

The entry fee is €5,00  per entry.

The registration fee can be made by two methods:

Prizes

The winner of each Preliminary section will win a voucher (Chessbase) (€30,00)
The winner of each Semifinal section will receive a prize money of €50,00.

In the final
1st place  €150,00
2nd place €100,00
3rd place  €50,00

The places 1 to 3 of the Final will receive a certificate.All prizes will be paid via PayPal; if first place is split by tiebreak, the prize will be split equally.
