Rest of World Championship 2023, Candidates' Tournament

The Candidates Tournament is the 4th level of the Rest of World Championship.
Starting once per year in March.
Candidates Tournaments are offered via server playing methods. The winner and runner-up of a CT section are entitled to one start in the Final.
All sections will be played on the ICCF Server.
RoW tournaments are reserved to players from NON-EUROPEAN countries only.
Multiple entries are allowed.
Entry into this tournament may be made via the ICCF Direct Entry system.
Size - CT sections typically consist of 13 players, but the Tournament Organiser shall have the power to change the number of players to 11, 15 or 17.
Qualifications
(a) players rated 2500 or over at the time of application.
(b) holders of the grandmaster (GM) title.
(c) holders of the senior international master (SIM) title with a rating over 2400 at the time of application.
(d) holders of the international master (IM) title with a rating over 2450 at the time of application.
(e) winners and runner-ups of RoW and former World Zone Semi-Final are entitled to one start in a RoW Championship Candidates.
