The most part of his life Viktor Stronsky was teaching at the Faculty of the Information Electronic Systems of the Technical University in Vinnytsia. Besides, he was coaching the University chess team, as well as a number of kids who are missing him now.

He has won the 24th Correspondence chess Championship of Ukraine (2011-2013) and has repeated this success 5 years later in the 27th National Championship. Being a solid team player, Viktor has scored 3 IM norms in the most important team events including the 21st Olympiad Final. His last performance was winning his board of the 11th European Team Championship Final.
