The 2024 Congress Proposal Voting Summary spreadsheet can be downloaded from here (see the first tab). All the other spreadsheet tabs will show how each delegate voted (or did not vote) for each proposal.

Note: A vote of ABSTAIN is not a vote but means the vote holder (delegate) has no opinion and does not wish to represent the correspondence chess players of his or her federation in this matter.
