This replaces the former Champions League B Group

STRUCTURE:
It will consist of 5 groups with 13 teams.
REFLECTION TIME:
250 days with an increment of 10 days for every 10 moves played.
There will be NO LEAVE available. Neither special nor regular.
This should allow a 2 year cycle.

RELEGATION:
The teams placed 1st and 2nd will be promoted to CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2019. Teams placed 3rd to 5th will stay for CHALLENGER 2019.
Teams from place 6 to 13 will be relegated to the PROMOTIONAL LEAGUE 2019.
ENTRY:
Either via Direct Entry or via National Federation. DE should be open from Monday on.
FEE:
Depending on the entry method.
DE fee reduced to 45€ with respect to the previous season. This represents a 25% reduction of the entry fee to the previous edition.
NF fee to be decided by the respective national federation
WHY these changes ?
The changes in the structure should allow a fixed 2 year cycle and reduced waiting time for new teams
