Non-Title Tournament Commissioner

Dear Delegates, Officials, and Players,

I am sorry to inform you that Markus Hömske (FRA) has decided to resign as Non-Title Tournament Commissioner for personal reasons.  On behalf of ICCF and all CC players, I thank Markus for his dedicated work as tournament organizer of the free two games matches and in his responsibility of the supervision of all ICCF non-title tournaments.

The Executive Board has nominated Guido Bresadola (ITA) to replace Markus in his position of NTTC, effective immediately.
